We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Human Resources sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Learning & Development / L&D Assistant to join a leading professional services firm.

Up to £30,000 + Pension + Medical + Life Insurance + Gym + Other Great Benefits

Hybrid working: 2 days at Home, 3 days in the Office per week

12-month FTC, with potential for permanent position

Core Duties
  • Create best practices to support learning objectives and ensure efficiencies
  • Maintain the learning management system (LMS)
  • Deliver leading training programmes and develop internal and external client relationships
  • Support in the development and delivery of local and global training programmes
  • Work with external suppliers for key training services and accommodation
  • Assume budget responsibility for training course fees and charges
Skills Required
  • GCSE Maths & English (C or above) and A’ Level qualifications or equivalent
  • Degree in HR, Business Management, or Events Management discipline (desirable)
  • CIPD qualification (desirable)
Key Experience
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in training course administration or events
  • Experience in a Professional Services organisation
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Office - experience with SAP (desirable)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with customer service focus
  • Strong stakeholder management and able to push back
  • Experience working with external suppliers (desirable)
  • Experience working in a multi-location organisation and across cultures (desirable)
  • Willingness to travel to site visits and to the London office as required
