Om anställningen
Du kommer att arbeta som mattecoach inom verksamheten "Mattecoach på nätet", en chattjänst som erbjuder elever i grundskolan och gymnasiet kostnadsfri läxhjälp i matematik på kvällstid. Våra coacher är blivande ämneslärare med matematik som ett av sina ämnen. Mattecoach på nätet är ett komplement till skolundervisningen och verksamheten är ett samarbete mellan KTH, Linköpings universitet, Chalmers och University of Edinburgh. Du kommer att arbeta på Avdelningen för analys och didaktik (ANDI), Matematiska institutionen (MAI).
Dina arbetsuppgifter som mattecoach kommer att bestå i att under kvällstid, då många elever sitter med läxor eller pluggar inför prov, finnas tillgänglig via chatt kl. 17‑20, måndag‑torsdag, för att svara på frågor. Du kan själv styra vilka kvällar och hur ofta du jobbar och du kommer få en särskild utbildning i att handleda via internet samt i att använda vårt undervisningsverktyg.
För att kunna anställas som amanuens måste du vara antagen till högskoleutbildning på grundnivå eller avancerad nivå. Du ska ha en pågående ämneslärarutbildning med ämnesinriktning matematik med goda studieresultat, särskilt i matematik, och kunna handleda matematik på svenska för elever i grundskolan upp till Matematik 5 på gymnasiet. Tidigare erfarenhet av undervisning eller handledning via internet är meriterande.
Du har möjlighet att jobba en till fyra kvällar per månad och anställningens omfattning regleras efter överenskommelse med verksamhetsledaren Daniel Carlsson. Anställningen kan aldrig vara mer än 50 procent av en heltid. En anställning som amanuens regleras i 5 kap. Högskoleförordningen. Tillträde snarast.
Lön och förmåner
Lön enligt LiU:s centrala avtal om amanuenslön. Du bör skicka in din ansökan tillsammans med ett ladokutdrag senast den 15 juni 2026. Ansökan som inkommer efter sista ansökningsdag kommer inte att beaktas.
