We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic Yard Operative to join a highly successful manufacturing client based in Pitsone. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will work between the yard and the main factory, playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 2x Yard Assistants, delegating tasks and being the main point of contact
- Receiving deliveries and distributing them appropriately
- Preparing products for dispatch and distribution
- Assisting with delivery scheduling
- Organising and disposing of recycling in line with company procedures
- Keeping the yard and work areas clean, tidy, and well organised
- Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
