We’re working with a fast-growing beverage manufacturer looking for a hands-on Senior Packaging Operator to support day-to-day production and help drive operational excellence.
The Role
You’ll play a key role across bottling and canning operations, supporting the Packaging Lead and ensuring products are packaged efficiently and to high quality standards. This is a practical, floor-based role with real responsibility and influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain bottling and canning lines
- Alternate between shift leadership and support duties as required
- Follow established SOPs, quality, and health & safety standards
- Monitor and improve packaging line performance
- Troubleshoot faults and support basic equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with wider production teams to improve processes and train colleagues
- Support broader production and warehouse activities when needed
About You
- Experience in food or beverage packaging (bottling/canning preferred)
- Practical, mechanically minded, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
- Forklift licence (desirable)
