We are looking for two experienced Arborist Climbers to join a growing specialist contracting business delivering high-quality tree care and vegetation management services across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified climbers who take pride in their work, enjoy leading by example, and want to be part of a professional, safety-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all aspects of tree work, including climbing, pruning, dismantling, and felling.
  • Lead small teams on-site and maintain high safety standards.
  • Complete site risk assessments and follow industry best practice.
  • Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Deliver work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years climbing experience.
  • NPTC/LANTRA qualifications including: CS30/31 (Chainsaw).

Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

Holiday: 28 days holiday.
