We're looking for two motivated Trainee Tree Surgeons to join a growing specialist contracting business delivering tree care, vegetation management, and grounds maintenance services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some industry experience who is looking to develop their skills, gain further qualifications, and progress their career within a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support climbing teams with ground-based operations.
  • Carry out vegetation clearance, grass cutting, strimming, and site maintenance.
  • Work safely and efficiently in line with company and industry standards.
  • Assist with site setup, risk assessments, and daily operations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

What We're Looking For

  • CS30 (Chainsaw Maintenance & Cross Cutting).
  • CS38 (Tree Climbing & Aerial Rescue).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

CSCS Card and additional arboricultural qualifications are advantageous.
