The Role: Preparation, Installation, Service and Maintenance of drinks dispenser systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Set up and commission of dispensers at customer sites according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, cleaning, and calibration to ensure machines operate efficiently and hygienically.
- Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in the field; replace or repair components as needed.
- Customer Support: Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of dispensers; respond professionally to service inquiries or concerns.
- Documentation: Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and parts requisition forms accurately.
- Inventory Management: Maintain tools, spare parts, and supplies in your service vehicle or assigned area.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines, including food safety and electrical standards.
- Travel: Regular travel across UK with overnight stays as required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in field service, appliance repair, or foodservice equipment (beverage dispensers a plus).
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of commercial environments.
