Yard Operative in Pitstone

We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic Yard Operative to join a highly successful manufacturing client based in Pitsone. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will work between the yard and the main factory, playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: * Supervise 2x Yard Assistants, delegating tasks and being the main point of contact * Receiving deliveries and distributing them appropriately * Preparing products for dispatch and distribution * Assisting with delivery scheduling * Organising and disposing of recycling in line with company procedures * Keeping the yard and work areas clean, tidy, and well organised * Maintaining health and safety standards at all times This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position within a growing and supportive business.
