xperienced Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Recruitment (Warm Desk) Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Temporary Recruitment team.
This role is responsible for managing and growing a temporary staffing desk by developing strong client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent commercial awareness, and consistently provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand workforce requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business, rates, and service agreements.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase temporary staffing volumes. Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Source, attract, interview, and assess candidates for temporary assignments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available temporary workers.
- Match candidates to client requirements based on skills, experience, and availability.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
- Ensure all candidate compliance, right-to-work documentation, references, and relevant checks are completed before placement. Temporary Workforce Management
- Coordinate daily bookings and last-minute staffing requirements.
- Manage candidate availability, shift scheduling, and placement confirmations.
- Resolve issues relating to attendance, performance, and client feedback.
