The role: We’re hiring a Senior Reward & Performance Manager to lead the delivery of reward and performance programmes across the UK. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll own pay and performance cycles end-to-end, act as the go-to expert for reward, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver market-leading, data-driven solutions.
- Lead annual pay, bonus and performance cycles
- Shape and deliver reward strategy in the UK market
- Provide expert advice on hires, promotions and retention
- Use data and benchmarking to inform decisions
- Partner with senior stakeholders and manage Reward Advisors
