Linklaters' platform for contract lawyers – Re:link – is looking for top tier Securitisation lawyers for immediate interim opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams on complex, cross-border transactions. Prior experience in securitisation (particularly RMBS, CMBS or project-linked transactions) is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents relating to structured finance and securitisation (RMBS, CMBS, and project-linked securitisations)
- Advising clients on the regulatory, tax and commercial issues affecting securitisation structures
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including counsel, arrangers, rating agencies and originators
- Supporting the due diligence process and identifying relevant legal and business risks
- Keeping up to date with evolving market trends and regulatory developments affecting the securitisation sector
