Re:link, Linklaters’ dedicated platform for contract lawyers, is seeking outstanding individuals with a strong track record in advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including public and private takeovers, disposals, carve-outs, joint ventures and strategic investments.
You will be expected to:
- draft, review and negotiate complex transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and ancillary documentation
- support high-value, sophisticated M&A transactions from inception through to signing and completion
- conduct due diligence, identify key legal and commercial issues and prepare clear, concise reports
- advise on transaction structuring, execution and risk allocation
- work alongside leading clients and across Linklaters practice groups on fast-paced, high-profile matters
