Being best in class in the eyes of our clients means that our people must be exceptional. We look not only for brilliant minds, but for people who will thrive in our environment: people who love working collaboratively and demonstrate the innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial, and responsible mind-set we aim to bring to every interaction. Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere. We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.

About the role:

Join a high‑performing Learning & Development team where you’ll play a key part in delivering world‑class learning experiences across a global business. This role sits at the heart of our People function, supporting everything from course coordination to learner engagement, stakeholder liaison, and on‑the‑ground event delivery. You’ll be the engine behind seamless programme operations, ensuring every learning event — whether virtual or in‑person — runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing end‑to‑end administration of classroom and online courses
  • Coordinating the delivery of learning events via our Learning Management System (Workday or equivalent)
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for participants, internal faculty and external suppliers
  • Monitoring course budgets, costs, recharges and supporting reporting
  • Preparing evaluation summaries and following up on actions
  • Organising and running associated events such as networking dinners
  • Conducting site visits for new course locations and ensuring spaces are set up to standard
  • Meeting and greeting presenters to ensure flawless programme kick‑offs
  • Troubleshooting issues calmly and professionally as they arise
  • Clearing, resetting and managing training materials post‑event

This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment.

What we're ideally looking for:

We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and client‑focused — someone who enjoys being the “go‑to” person and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a global corporate environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using an LMS (Workday or similar)
  • Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build great working relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Initiative, resilience and strong problem‑solving capability
  • A genuine interest in Learning & Development and enabling people to grow

If you love creating smooth, memorable learning experiences and enjoy being at the centre of high‑impact programmes, we’d love to hear from you.
