Re:link, Linklaters’ platform for high‑calibre interim lawyers, is expanding its community of leveraged finance specialists to support anticipated client demand. We are interested in hearing from lawyers who:
- are qualified in a major financial centre (for example England and Wales or another key European or common law jurisdiction)
- have strong experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, which may include:
- advising on senior, second lien and mezzanine facilities, unitranche structures and super senior revolving credit facilities
- acting on sponsor‑backed leveraged buy‑outs, bolt‑on acquisitions, recapitalisations and refinancings
- drafting and negotiating facilities agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents and commitment papers
- working with both bank and private credit providers, and understanding market terms and current trends
- supporting amendments, waivers, covenant resets and debt restructurings
