Laila is Linklaters’ GenAI chatbot and the first of several GenAI products on the roadmap. As we push deeper into a development and growth phase, we are looking for a dedicated product manager for Laila.
Key Dimensions
- You will work with the GenAI team to design and implement the roadmap for Laila, ensuring alignment with the Firm’s wider AI Strategy and roadmap.
- Putting our users first, we expect you to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of product managers, engineers, designers, as well as lawyers, to take each roadmap feature from concept to launch, breaking down user journeys into requirements, epics and tickets, and tracking product development all the way through to testing, release and ongoing improvement based on user feedback.
- You are an integral part of a team focused on delivering continued functionality, adoption and use of Laila.
