- Develop and utilise both standard tools and bespoke models to assess margins and recommend optimal fee arrangements, including AFAs, value-based pricing and hybrid structures.
- Collaborate closely with pricing, LPMs and legal teams to manage AFAs within financial systems, driving improvements to processes and advocating for enhanced system capability.
- Identify training needs and deliver structured development initiatives to strengthen pricing capability across stakeholders, while building a deep understanding of the firm’s services and evolving delivery models.

- Experience within legal operations, pricing, legal project management or a client-side legal function, with an understanding of how legal services are delivered and how delivery models are evolving, including through technology and GenAI.
