Re:link, Linklaters’ platform for high‑calibre interim lawyers, is growing its bench of lawyers with strong structured notes experience to support anticipated client demand. We are interested in hearing from lawyers who:

  • are qualified in a major financial centre (for example England and Wales or another key European or common law jurisdiction)
  • have demonstrable experience with structured notes, including:
  • establishing and updating structured note and securitised derivatives programmes
  • drafting and negotiating issuance documentation, term sheets and final terms
  • advising on retail and institutional offerings and distribution
  • dealing with regulatory and disclosure requirements (for example PRIIPs, MiFID II product governance, listing and prospectus rules)
  • are comfortable working directly with in‑house legal teams, capital markets desks and product teams
  • enjoy interim, project‑based work and can adapt quickly to new environments.
