Re:link, Linklaters’ platform for high‑calibre interim lawyers, is growing its bench of lawyers with strong structured notes experience to support anticipated client demand. We are interested in hearing from lawyers who:
- are qualified in a major financial centre (for example England and Wales or another key European or common law jurisdiction)
- have demonstrable experience with structured notes, including:
- establishing and updating structured note and securitised derivatives programmes
- drafting and negotiating issuance documentation, term sheets and final terms
- advising on retail and institutional offerings and distribution
- dealing with regulatory and disclosure requirements (for example PRIIPs, MiFID II product governance, listing and prospectus rules)
