Creative Artworker, Presentations – The role:

As a Creative Artworker in our Client Presentations service, you’ll be responsible for producing high-impact PowerPoint presentations and client relationship documents using Adobe InDesign. You’ll ensure every piece aligns with Linklaters’ brand guidelines and delivers visual excellence.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team of creatives within the Global Business Development and Marketing function, working across our international network and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling presentations and reports that adhere to brand standards.
  • Manage stakeholder requests via the Client Presentations mailbox, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Quality assure all output to meet specifications and briefs.
  • Collaborate with the wider BDM Operations team to resolve challenges and deliver solutions.
  • Take ownership of your work, showing energy, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset.

Creative Artworker, Presentations – What we\’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a creative or design role.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities, with experience handling multiple projects under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and design housekeeping skills.
  • A solid understanding of brand principles and the ability to work creatively within templates.
  • Proven stakeholder management and customer service experience.
