- Provide both ad hoc and scheduled analysis to inform resource allocation, process optimisation and strategic planning cycles.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for team leads, senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to define metrics, measurement standards and data gathering processes aligned with best practice.
- Identify data trends, outliers and opportunities for efficiency or improvement, and proactively share findings with the Operational Excellence and Planning Lead and relevant colleagues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through robust evidence, benchmarking and scenario analysis.
- Help ensure data integrity and consistency across systems, working closely with IT and other internal teams to resolve issues.
- Research and share relevant external benchmarks and industry trends to contextualise performance and inform planning.
- Champion a data-literate, insights‑driven culture across the C&CA team, providing informal guidance or training where needed.
We are ideally looking for:
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operational reporting and project management within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong familiarity with analytics tools (for example, Power BI, Tableau or similar), enterprise reporting systems and advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Experience designing and developing performance dashboards, interpreting KPIs and delivering actionable business insights.
- A track record of supporting decision making and operational improvement through data‑driven recommendations.
- Experience working with stakeholders at different organisational levels and managing multiple concurrent requests in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in accessible formats for non‑technical audiences.
- High levels of organisation, dependability and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- A collaborative and adaptable style, able to build positive relationships across teams and levels.
- A commitment to continuous learning and to driving operational excellence through data.
