We are ideally looking for:

  • Strong, proven experience in designing and delivering compelling training, both in person and virtually.
  • A track record of building credibility with senior stakeholders, internally and with clients, ideally across different cultures and industries.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with or advising on AI, legal technology or wider digital transformation initiatives.
  • A university degree or equivalent professional qualification.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Thorough knowledge of AI technology and trends, and an ability to stay ahead of developments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to pitching materials and panel review submissions.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for innovation and for the potential of AI to transform legal services.
