The role: Act as the business owner for Sitecore products, supporting the Business Development & Marketing (BDM) function. Collaborate with the broader BDM community to understand and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and firm strategy. Partner with technology teams to shape the technology roadmap that fulfils BDM needs. Own the strategy and objectives for BDM workflows enabled by Sitecore platforms. Define business requirements and KPIs to ensure systems meet BDM goals. Serve as a key link between BDM, fee earners, and IT, clearly articulating and prioritising end-user needs. Advocate for user adoption by driving best practices, training, and efficient workflow usage. Lead change management initiatives to ensure users engage effectively with Sitecore tools and workflows. Monitor and measure the impact of Sitecore tools on client and business development outcomes, using data-driven insights to assess success. Gather and synthesise user feedback to propose technology enhancements that boost usability, efficiency, and innovation.
What we're looking for: Proven expertise and hands-on experience with Sitecore products. Certifications or formal training are highly desirable. A track record of success as a business owner in the legal or professional services sector, ideally within a complex B2B environment. Strong ability to document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into actionable insights. Excellent collaboration skills to foster effective teamwork across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Outstanding communication skills to gather input, provide thoughtful feedback, and advocate for solutions that align with user needs. A genuine interest in continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to solving technology and workflow challenges. A collaborative mindset and the ability to actively contribute to and participate in communities of practice.
