This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.**Your role*** Designs, implements, and supports advanced AV solutions to enable seamless communication and collaboration across the firm’s global offices. Collaborates with colleagues, third parties and stakeholders to deliver robust, high-quality audio-visual experiences, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices to ensure reliability and innovation.* Leads delivery of AV projects in partnership with third-party integrators, ensuring consistent standards and high-quality documentation and clear standards throughout all build and deployment phases.* Provides expert third-line technical support for all global AV systems, acting as a trusted resource and escalation point for complex troubleshooting and operational issues.* Partners with regional Technology colleagues to build and strengthen local support capabilities, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure a consistently high level of AV service.* Mentors and upskills colleagues in first and second line support teams, creating a culture of continual service improvement and knowledge sharing.* Engages in the continual review of AV technology and service delivery processes to identify and implement improvements in reliability, usability, and sustainability.* Manages and supports integration of new hardware and software, including AVoIP and intelligent building technologies.* Ensures that AV solutions are deployed securely and efficiently, with a focus on maintaining service quality, client confidentiality and security.* Responds flexibly to global business needs, including occasional out-of-hours support and travel to international sites for project delivery or issue resolution.**About you*** Proven experience in designing, commissioning, and integrating AV solutions, with a strong track record of overseeing the full deployment lifecycle in professional environments.* Expertise in managing a range of AV platforms and technologies, including hybrid event solutions (such as vMix), audio and video systems, and both digital and analogue componentry.* In-depth knowledge of AV systems, including audio processing (amplifiers, digital signal processors, microphones), display setups, video conferencing platforms (Cisco, interoperability tools), and ceiling array microphone systems.* Practical experience with intelligent building technologies such as IP-based security, lighting control, and HVAC integration.* Skilled in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting AVoIP technologies (such as Crestron NVX) and Dante-enabled audio networks.* Solid understanding of core network concepts, including VLANs, DHCP, subnets, access control lists and firewalls, supporting AV service connectivity and reliability.* Experience with AV monitoring and control solutions (such as Utelogy, Crestron)* Demonstrated ability to interpret technical design drawings and ensure systems meet intended operational specifications.* Excellent communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels and tailor information delivery to diverse audiences.* Commitment to continuous professional learning and staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AV and unified communications technologies.**Our Benefits**Health & Wellbeing:* Private Medical Insurance* Free in-house fitness centre and subsidised health club memberships* Free onsite GP service and periodic health assessmentsFinance:* Pension and flexible savings options* Income protection and life assurance* Mortgage advice and will-writing servicesFamily & Lifestyle:* Electric car and cycle to work schemes* Emergency family care* Additional holiday/birthday leave* Maternity/paternity/shared parental leave* Travel insurance and season ticket loan* Option to join sports and social clubs, as well as our employee networks groups (such as our Gender Equality Network, With Pride, or Social Mobility Networks)**Technical Skills**This list of duties and responsibilities above is not exhaustive.
