The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role is responsible for establishing and embedding a robust governance, delivery and quality-control framework for the firm's global website following a technical refresh. The Website Governance & Delivery Advisor will bring structure, clarity and operational discipline to the management of a large and complex site, ensuring:

  • Clear ownership of pages
  • Consistent approval and review processes
  • Defined quality standards
  • Sustainable handover to BAU teams

Your key responsibilities

  • Website governance framework
    • Design and implement a clear governance model for the website, including:
    • Page ownership and accountability
    • Approval and review workflows
    • Content refresh and review cycles
    • Quality standards such as page structure and component usage, metadata, tagging, and discoverability
    • Define roles and responsibilities between teams
    • Page inventory and ownership
    • Update and maintain a full inventory of website pages, including ownership and accountabilities
    • Define escalation paths for content decisions and disputes
  • Delivery oversight
    • Manage delivery of large volumes of new and updated pages across multiple site areas
    • Coordinate work across Sitecore Page Builder resources, content owners and reviewers
    • Track progress, dependencies, risks and issues
    • Manage communications across the firm and key stakeholders
  • Operational handover
    • Develop clear documentation, playbooks and guidance for BAU teams
    • Ensure governance processes are practical, scalable and sustainable
    • Support transition from project mode to BAU ownership

Your experience

  • Essential
    • Strong experience in website or digital platform governance
    • Proven project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
    • Experience managing large volumes of content or pages
    • Highly structured and process-driven approach
    • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and business owners
    • Excellent organisational and documentation skills
  • Desirable
    • Experience in professional services, legal or regulated industries
    • Familiarity with Sitecore environments (governance rather than hands-on use)
    • Experience defining BAU operating models post-transformation
    • Understanding of content lifecycle management and digital risk

The Team

The Channel and Editorial team manages Linklaters' channel communications, ensuring timely, effective, and high-quality content reaches the firm's internal and external audiences. The team is responsible for the optimisation of platforms, development of multimedia materials, and provision of analytics that inform firmwide communications strategy. By embedding best practice and operational rigour, the team supports the firm's narrative and priorities, delivering engaging content and driving measurable impact across all channels.
