You shape long‑term workforce demand, capacity, skills and cost across global practices and geographies, aligning with client needs and strategic priorities. This role combines workforce planning, analytics, and scenario modelling, including AI impacts, to drive proactive, evidence‑based decision making. - Lead multi-year strategic workforce planning (SWP) and translate firm strategy into workforce implications across regions and practices Design advanced scenario planning, incorporating AI adoption and new service models, to forecast demand, size, shape and costs Own annual resource planning cycle, collaborating with Finance, Business Management, Operations and HR, and align with budgeting processes Convert long-term strategy into year-on-year actions: hiring, mobility, promotions, productivity and utilisation levers Govern headcount plans with financial grounding and clear accountability for leaders at global and practice levels Monitor outcomes, assess variances and adjust plans with insight on risks and actions Define and execute the firm's people analytics strategy, delivering capacity, utilisation, skills gaps, productivity, risk and cost analytics Mature analytics from descriptive to predictive to support proactive decision making and ensure data governance and confidentiality Act as strategic advisor to Practice and functional leaders, translating analyses into clear executive‑level insights Embed workforce planning and analytics into ongoing governance and leadership discussions as a continuous capability Build and lead a high‑performing Workforce Planning & People Analytics team and standardise methodologies and planning definitions across regions Tasks Significant experience (10‑15+ years) in workforce planning, people analytics or analytical leadership Proven ability to establish enterprise‑level workforce and resource planning cycles in global organizations Strong analytical capability with commercial and strategic judgment Credibility working with senior leaders in a professional services environment Ability to translate insights into clear headcount and investment decisions Desirable: experience in professional services or knowledge‑intensive environments Desirable: exposure to platforms such as Workday, Visier, Anaplan, Orgvue Desirable: understanding of AI‑enabled productivity and skills‑based workforce models Key requirements
