The Role: The Change Communications Lead shapes and delivers the communications strategy for major change and transformation programmes at Linklaters. Reporting into the Head of People Communications, this role provides senior-level counsel on messaging, engagement, and stakeholder management to ensure clarity and confidence during organisational change. You will translate complex business transformation topics into accessible, impactful messaging that supports adoption and aligns with the firm's values and strategic objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic communications approach for major change programmes, including technology transformation, operating model shifts, restructures, and new ways of working.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and programme leads to shape core messages, engagement objectives, and communications roadmaps, adapting plans as projects evolve.
  • Ensure communications are relevant, empathetic, and accessible for diverse audiences across regions and functions.
  • Draft, edit, and review complex materials such as programme updates, FAQs, presentations, and other communication assets.
