Linklaters is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Support Lawyer to join our Structured Finance Group (SFG). You will support a broad range of structured finance transactions, coordinating with lawyers, clients, issuers and trustees to drive deals from inception through closing.
We require at least two years' experience as a Paralegal or Support Lawyer in a leading firm or in-house environment, with exposure to structured finance, debt capital markets or banking and finance.
