Fabricator/Welder - Permanent Position | Bideford, Devon

LRL are currently recruiting for 2x Fabricator/Welders to join a busy workshop in Bideford, Devon, working with specialist vehicles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Fabricator/Welders looking for a long-term, permanent position with a reputable company and the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime.

The Role

• Position: Fabricator/Welder
• Location: Bideford, Devon
• Employment: Permanent
• Basic Hours: 39 hours per week
• Working Hours: 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm (flexible)
• Basic Pay: £14.50 per hour PAYE
• Pay After Probation: £15.50 per hour PAYE
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 9 hours per day and Saturday mornings
• Overtime Available: Up to 15 hours per week

Requirements

The successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience in fabrication and welding within a similar sector
• Experience working with or on specialist vehicles would be advantageous
• A strong understanding of fabrication and welding techniques
• 2x job-specific references
