LRL in the Midlands is seeking Team Leaders / Deputy Managers to provide operational leadership to a staff team delivering high-acuity support to individuals with complex behavioural needs across 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 staffing arrangements.
The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring safe and consistent implementation of care plans, PBS plans, risk assessments, DoLS requirements and behavioural management strategies across the staff team.
