We're hiring a Principal HV Cable Design Engineer to take technical ownership across major grid and renewable infrastructure projects.

The Role
- You are the technical authority on HV cable design.
- Lead design of 33kV-400kV cable systems.
- Develop routing, thermal calculations, bonding designs and jointing philosophies.
- Oversee cable ratings and ampacity studies.
- Review and sign off detailed engineering outputs.
- Interface with civils, substation, and protection teams.
- Provide technical guidance to junior and senior engineers.
You'll influence design standards, not just follow them.
