LRL are seeking Team Leaders/Deputy Managers to provide operational leadership for a staff team delivering high-acuity support to individuals with complex behavioural needs within 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 staffing arrangements. The role combines direct care with shift leadership, supervision, quality assurance and incident management.
You will lead during shifts, manage risk, de‑escalation strategies and ensure DoLS compliance. Experience in PBS plans and managing high‑risk behaviours is essential.
