Location: Ashford, Kent (Hybrid - Minimum 1 day per week in the office) Most design roles ask you to maintain.

They re looking for a Senior Design Engineer who understands structural steel, enjoys solving real engineering problems, and knows how to turn concepts into buildable solutions.
This isn t a role where you ll disappear into a corner producing drawings all day.
You ll work closely with project teams, influence technical decisions, collaborate with fabrication and installation teams, and take ownership of projects from concept through to manufacture.
What you ll be doing Producing detailed structural steel designs and fabrication models.
Creating accurate 3D models and manufacturing drawings using Advanced Steel.
Working alongside project managers, estimators and production teams to ensure designs are practical and commercially viable.
Reviewing technical specifications and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Supporting and mentoring junior engineers where appropriate.
