Joiners (x2) – FRC Works – Lowton Location: Lowton Job Type: Contract Duration: 18th August – 18th October Hours: 07:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday) Rate: Competitive (Dependent on experience) Start Date: 18th August 2025 LRL are currently recruiting for two experienced Joiners to join a civil engineering project based in Lowton. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a well-structured, fast-moving site with a reputable contractor, supporting key structural and formwork operations. You will play an essential part in the successful delivery of FRC (Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete) packages, ensuring all joinery and shuttering works are carried out to a high standard, within project timescales. Key Responsibilities: Installation of RMD Formwork systems Preparation and installation of concrete slabs General first and second fix joinery duties where required Interpreting and working from technical drawings Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working collaboratively with site teams to meet project milestones Requirements: Valid CSCS Card (essential) NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry/Joinery (preferred) Proven experience in FRC joinery or shuttering on civil engineering or infrastructure sites Strong understanding of site safety procedures and formwork systems Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Own tools and PPE What\’s in it for you: Consistent site hours (07:00 – 17:00) Stable work for a minimum of 2 months Opportunity to work with an established contractor in the infrastructure sector Weekly pay via LRL with ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Possibility of future assignments on successful completion of the project This is an ideal role for skilled Joiners looking to work on a civil infrastructure project with a professional and safety-led contractor
