This isn't one of them.

We're recruiting for a growing business delivering large-scale renewable energy projects across the UK, and they're looking for a commercially minded Site Supervisor who wants more than just another site.

You'll be trusted to take ownership of projects, coordinate specialist subcontractors, work closely with Project Managers and play a key role in delivering complex commercial ground source heat pump installations.

Don't have direct heat pump experience?

If you've supervised commercial construction, M&E, civils, utilities, mechanical services or renewable energy projects, we'd like to speak with you.

What you'll be doing

Leading day-to-day site activities across commercial projects.

Coordinating subcontractors, materials, plant and deliveries.

Driving high standards of quality, health & safety and programme delivery.

Reading drawings, solving problems and keeping projects moving.

Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams.

Supporting projects from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

What we're looking for

Site Supervisor or similar experience within commercial construction or engineering.

CSCS Card.

Able to read drawings and technical information.

Strong understanding of health & safety.

Happy travelling nationwide and staying away when projects require it.

SSSTS is desirable but not essential.
