Location: Glasgow
This is a working foreman position in heavy industrial environments. You will lead crews on complex rigging and machine moving projects across safety-critical sites. You will still be hands-on β but you will also be the person setting standards, controlling risk and making sure the job is done properly.
What this role actually involves:
- Leading rigging and machine moving teams on live industrial sites
- Taking ownership of RAMS, permits and site safety
- Coordinating lifts, jacking, skidding and crane interface
- Acting as the point of contact between site, crew and client
- Working in environments where mistakes are not tolerated
What you will need:
- Strong industrial rigging background
- Proven experience leading teams on site
- Solid safety mindset (COMAH / heavy industry experience preferred)
- Relevant tickets (SSSTS/SMSTS beneficial)
- Flexibility to travel and work away when required
