This isn't a call centre sales job. You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals, supporting customers and distributors around the world, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating projects and helping turn enquiries into orders. As your experience grows, so will your responsibility.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing enquiries from customers and distributors across international markets
- Understanding technical requirements and recommending the right engineering solution
- Producing quotations and following opportunities through to order
- Coordinating projects with engineering, production and logistics teams
- Building relationships with customers, agents and distributors
- Supporting factory visits and occasional overseas travel
What we're looking for:
You don't need decades of experience. What matters is attitude, commercial instinct and a genuine interest in engineering. You'll probably have:
- Engineering or manufacturing experience
- Previous sales, internal sales or customer-facing commercial experience
- The confidence to communicate with customers and build relationships
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and the desire to learn
Experience within mechanical engineering, capital equipment, vehicles, manufacturing or industrial products would be particularly valuable.
