This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position, initially working on residential facilities in Milton Keynes or Northampton. The successful applicant will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of electricians, mechanical engineers, and plumbers, contributing to a variety of installation and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work in line with current regulations and industry best practice. Collaborate effectively with the on-site electrical, mechanical, and plumbing teams to deliver high-quality results. Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standard. Be flexible and prepared to work across different sites depending on project needs. Maintain accurate records of work undertaken and materials used. Requirements Approved Electrician status with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Previous experience in a team-based environment, ideally within maintenance or facilities services. Flexible and adaptable to move between sites as required. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working. Full UK driving licence and own transport.
