We're growing the Permanent Recruitment team at LRL in Hindley, and we're looking for an experienced consultant who can balance new business development with making the most of the opportunities already in front of them. You don't build a strong perm desk by chance. You build it with people who know how to spot opportunity, build relationships, and follow through. People who are proactive - but also understand the value of a warm lead and how to turn it into a long-term client.

The Role

This is a 360 perm role where you'll have the chance to build and develop your own desk - supported by an established client base and incoming opportunities, alongside the expectation to generate your own business.
