About the Role
LRL are currently recruiting for 4x Labourers to work on a high-profile project in Portsmouth. This role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale industrial site, supporting a team of Blasters and other trades across tanks, vessels, and heavy equipment. This position will suit candidates with experience in industrial or heavy-duty cleaning environments who are comfortable working in confined spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out industrial cleaning tasks within confined spaces such as tanks and vessels.
- Cleaning and preparing equipment to project specifications.
- Supporting Blasters on site by cleaning grit and waste material after blasting activities.
- Following strict health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Experience & Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Confined Space certification (highly beneficial).
- Previous experience working on industrial sites, ideally in a cleaning or similar support role.
- Strong commitment to health and safety protocols.
- Ability to work long shifts in physically demanding conditions.
- 2x project-specific references.
