We're looking for commercially driven Quantity Surveyors to join a growing major projects team delivering nationally significant infrastructure programmes across Scotland. This isn't a role where you'll be lost in a commercial department of 100 people. You'll be trusted to make decisions, influence project outcomes and play a key role in delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects from procurement through to final account.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects.
- Procuring and managing subcontract packages.
- Preparing valuations, CVRs and cost forecasts.
- Administering NEC contracts and managing change.
- Building strong relationships with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.
- Identifying commercial opportunities whilst protecting project profitability.
We're looking for people who have experience with:
- Quantity Surveying within infrastructure or civil engineering.
- NEC contracts.
- Procurement and subcontract management.
- Cost reporting, valuations and final accounts.
- Working alongside project delivery teams.
- Building long-term client relationships.
