We're looking for commercially driven Quantity Surveyors to join a growing major projects team delivering nationally significant infrastructure programmes across Scotland. This isn't a role where you'll be lost in a commercial department of 100 people.
You'll be trusted to make decisions, influence project outcomes and play a key role in delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects from procurement through to final account.
- Managing the commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects.
- Building strong relationships with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.
- Identifying commercial opportunities whilst protecting project profitability.
- Quantity Surveying within infrastructure or civil engineering.
- Cost reporting, valuations and final accounts.
- Working alongside project delivery teams.
- Building long-term client relationships.
- Work on projects that genuinely leave a legacy.
