How to prepare for a job interview at Linkit Recruitment Limited

✨Understand the Company’s Projects

Before the interview, research the types of projects the company is involved in, especially those within the £5m-£50m range. Familiarise yourself with their recent work in civils or M&E sectors. This will help you tailor your answers and show genuine interest in their operations.

✨Prepare for Scenario Questions

Expect to face scenario-based questions that assess your problem-solving abilities. Think of examples from your past experience where you successfully managed tight deadlines or budget constraints. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses clearly.
