Overview: LRL are currently recruiting experienced Electricians for an ongoing industrial project based in Ipswich. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to work with an established team on a high-profile site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on an industrial/substation project
- Working from technical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Liaising with supervisors and other trades to ensure efficient site operations
- Testing and inspecting electrical systems as required
Requirements:
- Valid Safety Passport (e.g. CCNSG or equivalent)
- Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, JIB Gold Card, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in industrial or substation environments is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to commit to an 11-day rotation and the full duration of the project
Rate of Pay: Rates are determined by distance to site (within or outside 50 miles).
- Inside 50 miles:
- Monday to Friday: £24 per hour
- Saturday: £26 per hour
- Sunday: £28 per hour
- Outside 50 miles:
- Monday to Friday: £28 per hour
- Saturday: £30 per hour
- Sunday: £32 per hour
