Foreman/Rigger in Bellshill, Scotland

FOREMAN RIGGER Location: Glasgow UK-wide industrial company This is not a title role. This is a working foreman position in heavy industrial environments. You\’ll lead crews on complex rigging and machine moving projects across safety-critical sites. You\’ll still be hands-on – but you\’ll also be the person setting standards, controlling risk and making sure the job is done properly. What this role actually involves: Leading rigging and machine moving teams on live industrial sites Taking ownership of RAMS, permits and site safety Coordinating lifts, jacking, skidding and crane interface Acting as the point of contact between site, crew and client Working in environments where mistakes are not tolerated What you\’ll need: Strong industrial rigging background Proven experience leading teams on site Solid safety mindset (COMAH / heavy industry experience preferred) Relevant tickets (SSSTS/SMSTS beneficial) Flexibility to travel and work away when required This will suit you if: You lead from the front You\’re calm under pressure You don\’t need micromanaging You care about doing things the right way If you\’re looking for an easy ride, this isn\’t it.
