We’re working on behalf of a trusted ServiceNow Partner that’s expanding its team and looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across public and private sector clients.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Building and developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across ServiceNow’s product suite (ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, and more)
- Leading the full sales cycle – from prospecting and initial engagement through to negotiation and deal closure
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions
- Driving revenue growth and contributing to the company’s strategic sales objectives
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B sales , ideally within IT services , software, or the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- A self-starter with a new-business mindset – confident in identifying and securing new opportunities
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate with strong enterprise IT sales experience
