Our client is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect to drive the transformation of large-scale ServiceNow architectures and roadmaps for key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expertise across ITSM, ITOM, and other modules, focusing on automation and integration.
- Advise on best practices for implementation and development.
- Configure workflows, scripts, and security rules to optimise platform functionality.
- Support strategic business decisions with ServiceNow capabilities.
