You will play a key role in delivering complex, high-impact transformation programmes, shaping architectural direction, and guiding both clients and development teams. You will lead on designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM, and other key workflow areas.
