I'm hiring for a Head of Managed Services on behalf of a growing boutique consultancy delivering cutting-edge ITSM solutions. This is a senior leadership role driving service strategy, performance, and growth across a multi-client portfolio, with a strong foundation in ServiceNow and plans to expand across additional platforms. You will lead a cross-functional delivery team, define the managed services vision, drive operational excellence, and act as a key voice for clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Ideal experience includes:
