About Us

Linkilaw Solicitors is a London-based law firm with a global outlook, specialising in cross-border dispute resolution and complex commercial matters. We act for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, and international businesses in high-value, multi-jurisdictional cases.

We know that disputes are not only about the legal claim. They often touch on reputations, personal relationships, and strategic priorities. Our work is about protecting what matters most to our clients, with clarity, creativity, and tenacity.

Our culture values independence, initiative, and authentic collaboration. We are a close-knit team that takes pride in being both excellent and human in everything we do.

The Role

We are looking for a full-time Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join our team. Russian and/or Ukrainian language skills are highly desirable, as several of our cases involve clients or counterparties from Eastern Europe.

You will work across a range of commercial disputes, sometimes leading on cases and at other times contributing as part of a larger team. The role is hands-on and client-facing, with real opportunities to contribute to the firm’s growth and impact.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Lead on cases and contribute as part of a wider team on others
  • Prepare and manage pleadings, evidence, witness preparation, disclosure, and hearings
  • Advise clients on litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution strategies
  • Liaise with international counsel and experts in multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver seamless client service
  • Support business development and thought leadership initiatives
  • Contribute to the supervision and mentoring of junior team members

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualified experience in dispute resolution
  • Experience with complex, commercial litigation, ideally with a cross-border element
  • Russian and/or Ukrainian language skills (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong technical expertise and case management skills
  • A strategic mindset and the creativity to think outside the box, as many of our cases demand original solutions
  • The confidence to inspire client trust quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring others
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to align legal strategy with client goals
  • Above all, a genuinely kind and self-motivated person, as is the rest of our team

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working, 2-3 days per week from office
  • A genuinely collaborative, no-ego, and results-focused culture
  • Exposure to high-profile, multi-jurisdictional cases
  • Opportunities for international travel
  • The ability to truly make an impact in the firm’s development
  • Private medical insurance and pension contributions
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
  • Continuous professional development
  • Monthly team lunches and events
  • The ability to build an international network of the best in their fields
