About the Role

You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and leadership team, helping to keep the firm running efficiently behind the scenes. From managing systems and improving processes to supporting client onboarding and leveraging AI, you'll gain exposure to how a modern, growing law firm operates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, creating order from complexity, and continuously improving the way things are done. You'll be given real responsibility from day one and will have the opportunity to develop into a key member of the firm's operations team as the business continues to grow.
