Marketing & Visibility

– Create and execute strategies to promote the space and build its brand presence online and offline.

– Oversee the presentation and branding of the venue in all client-facing communications and event settings.

Event Production & Delivery

– Lead the coordination and delivery of both external and in-house events, ensuring flawless execution.

– Be present and hands-on during events to manage logistics, client satisfaction, and on-the-day troubleshooting.

– Coordinate vendors, suppliers, catering, AV/tech, props, and equipment.

– Oversee all health and safety requirements and compliance.

Curated In-House Programming

– Work with leadership to conceptualise and deliver signature events, such as:

– Legal and professional networking events

– Wellness and cultural experiences

– AI, well-being, and leadership seminars/courses

– Act as a curator and producer, ensuring these events reflect our brand values and audience interests.

Space Management

– Ensure the venue is always maintained to a high standard, including scheduling of cleaning, repairs, and upkeep.

– Handle venue logistics and be the go-to person for space-related needs.

Operations & Reporting

– Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

– Provide regular reports on space usage, lead pipeline, and ROI.

– Negotiate and maintain relationships with trusted vendors and suppliers.

About You

– 3–5 years of proven experience in event management, venue operations, or hospitality business development.

– Strong sales and networking skills; comfortable generating leads and pitching to clients.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and able to handle live-event dynamics.

– Confident with CRM systems, budgets, and reporting.

– A genuine interest in AI, wellness, professional development, and/or the creative industries is a plus.

– Highly organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.

– Knowledge of UK health & safety regulations relevant to events.
